The Most Advanced Multiplexer in the Industry...........

Designed for use in today's most demanding CCTV surveillance applications, this color, full-duplex video multiplexer features an advanced digital image processing system which allows for simultaneous recording, playback and display of up to nine video inputs on MTI-9CD or sixteen video inputs on the MTI-16CD onto a video recorder and monitor. This system, unlike "quad" image processors, records only full size images to insure that there is no loss of quality during full-screen image playback.

Main monitor live video input and tape playback display formats include sequentially switched full-screen images, four sequentially switched 2X2 image displays, two sequentially switched 3X3 image displays and one 4X4 image display (16CD only). 2X zoom of full-screen images is also available in the live display. All displays include the time, date and 20-character video input titles.

A programmable alarm management and reporting system make these multiplexers perfect for unattended monitoring application. This system combines built-in Video Activity Detection (VAD) and Video Motion Detection (VMD) with hard-wired alarm inputs (WAI) for total flexibility in alarm management. Individual alarm channel setup options include:

• Weekly Format: Mon-Sun, or Mon-Fri and Sat-Sun
• Daily Format : Day and night, three on/off times
• Detection : Off, VMD, WAI, VMD & WAI VAD/VMD :
• Object size, sensitivity and definable zones

One, four, nine or sixteen images of each alarm event may be stored to memory at 1 second intervals. The event log, generated by up to 100 alarm events may be displayed on-screen or can be downloaded to a PC. Two "call" monitor outputs (A and B) are provided for detailed, full-screen image viewing. For normal mode viewing, each output may be assigned four preprogrammed, timer controlled switching sequences. Single images may be manually called to each output. Alarm generated images are displayed on call monitor A.
